As a wedding photographer, I’ve gone to a fair few weddings. I’ve seen it all - the cold feet, the wardrobe malfunction, the teary grandpa, and at least thirteen pairs of stashed stilettos in a bush. But one thing that I know for sure, is that regardless of how much planning you do, the wedding will always unfold as it’s meant to. People seem to swing between being extremely excited and extremely overwhelmed as they’re going through the stages of wedding planning--so if you’re feeling either of those things, know that this is completely normal!

Do you have monthly Payment Plans ?

Absolutely! Budgeting is a b****. I offer payment plans for all of my clients and I'm super flexible with how we set them up. I want you to feel comfortable and not stressed about the doll hairs because evervone
deserves good quality photos.
Do you shoot destination weddings?

Whether it’s hopping on a plane to capture your “I do” at the base of your favorite mountain or joining you in a city that’s close to your heart, I’m always up for an adventure. Documenting love stories in new places is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
If your wedding is within 25 miles of my zip code, there’s no travel fee.
For weddings outside that range, Matt Samuels Photography charges an hourly travel rate (round trip) for driving distances beyond 25 miles, with the first two hours complimentary to cover local travel.
If I need to fly, clients are responsible for all travel accommodations, including:
• Round-trip airfare
• Hotel accommodations (minimum of two nights)
• Ground transportation (rental car, Uber, etc.)
• Per diem for meals during travel days and the event
I always do my best to keep travel expenses reasonable and will coordinate details with you ahead of time for full transparency.
If your wedding is in a destination I’ve been wanting to visit—or if it’s just too good to pass up—I occasionally offer discounted travel rates. Feel free to ask!
No matter where your story takes us—across the state, the country, or somewhere overseas—I’m there to capture it all. Let’s make it unforgettable.
Will there be a second shooter?

Yes, each package comes with a second shooter minus the standard package.
Can I extend the session on the day of?

Yes, you can. There is an additional $200 fee for each hour extended.
What should we keep in mind when working with you?

This might sound cheesy, but I really
mean this when I say stay true to
yourselves. Traditions are cool and all, but I'm a photographer that's after something a little different. The stress of crazy crammed timelines, long list of things to check off, and hundreds of guests to manage isn't worth it. Your wedding day or photo shoot isn't a show to put on for others
- it's a day to celebrate your love
for each other! It's important that you
plan your day how YOU + YOUR BABE want it to be, with the people who are most important to you, take the day slow to soak in every moment, and later be able to look back at how fun your day was.
